I am a registered RTY500,  E-RYT 200, and RPYT, certified Integral Yoga Hatha I, Hatha II, Therapeutic Yoga, Prenatal, Yoga for Labor & Delivery, Postnatal and Yoga for Children.

I studied as a Doula with Debra Bonaro-Pascali (Dona International).

I completed the Medical Qigong training “Awakening the healer within” with Dr. Roger Jahnke.

I am also an Advanced Reiki practitioner (3rd Level).
